AsianInNY is honored to partner with Manhattan Portage, an internationally known brand with quality bags made in Taiwan, and Onassis Clothing, a global lifestyle menswear brand with impeccable Japanese aesthetics, to showcase their designs on a runway fashion show during AsianInNY Moon Festival Celebration 2011. AsianInNY also presented a fashion show featuring pieces from the CODY SAI Collection, a featured designer on NHK World TV (BBC of Japan) as one of the next emerging Asian designers coming out of New York City.  In addition, Kallisti Jewelry and Jade Chiu Design provided their latest collections to style the models.

About Cody Sai: While studying fine arts at Pratt Institute, Cody was introduced to internationally recognized Dutch designer Koos Van Den Akker and he apprenticed at Koos & co. for several years and finished his Degree in Fashion Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Cody launched his own clothing line “CODY SAI” in Spring of 2010 and after CODY SAI’s first collection he was featured alongside famed Thai designer Thakoon in a 30 minute documentary for NHK World TV (BBC of Japan) as one of the next emerging Asian designers coming out of New York City.
